It's more of a group discussion with some preplanning sometimes. When you aren't used to a stressful environment then this just puts way more pressure on the team as a whole. I've always felt having one person being the final word regardless of what anyone else thinks is the best way to do it since it reduces the stress on the other players. It's just pretty hard to find people that are strong enough to do it while still listening to input. | ||
