Now she just has the worst attack speed in the game for no reason. Her autos were really a big part of her gameplay, as her spells have absurdly low range. Compared to other supports, she has terrible sustain and all-in potential, but used to be able to make up for this with her great harass potential. And it's not as though her harass is free or toxic. While 625 AA range outranges nearly every champion AA, using it puts her in range for just about every non-summoner spell one sees in the bot lane. One slip-up and Annie gets blown up. Honestly I'd much rather Riot tweak Annie's instagib potential rather than her laning presence. Edit: Actually I'd rather Riot leave Annie alone, her pick/win rates are nothing special. Definitely not warranting such a huge nerf. | ||

I should have clarified that I was talking about her poor all-in potential within the frame of the classic all-in, pre-6 skirmishes of bot and talking about her instagib potential with respect to mid/late game (i.e. low base damage, huge AP ratios). Maybe I'm just terribad, but Annie feels much weaker at the level 2/3 all-in (either avoiding/discouraging it or initiating/winning it) than conventional supports, much less actual aggressive supports like Blitz/Thresh/Leona. Secondly, I'm ignorant and incredulous as to how/why her range has been an issue. Clear to explain? Her range is longer than most champions' AA, yes, but using it is not completely safe. Lastly, if for some reason Annie does need to get nerfed, I'd rather they change her solo burst mage potential than her support potential (as Annie really isn't too great of a solo anyway). | ||

How long has this been happening? Two patch cycles? Why the change? Personally I liked having the patch notes in the OP but I think I know why you decided to drop them. Can't say I blame you. | ||
