My current record for hitting level 6 in the PBE jungle is 5:40. The route is impractical and it requires a leeched lane creep or an experience Quint, but it's doable. Practically speaking this won't be common, but it's an academic example of how valuable farming the PBE jungle is. If that's the extreme, consider the norm. This is important largely because it shows how costly early ganks are going to be. If you fail a gank while the enemy jungler farms you're going to be multiple levels behind. You need to be pretty certain of success to feel confident ganking before level 6. | ||

Notable exception: Hecarim. If you don't care about delaying your level 6 slightly you can even donate first blue, which reminds me that I need to verify whether or not you get the bonus Smite experience if an ally kills the monster. | ||

Sadface. Played a game, ult went straight through people without dealing damage three times, and once knocked somebody up in the air but didnt push them back so they landed on my side of the wall. E and Q still buggy as well. | ||

It'll probably come with a price off, so it won't be much more expensive then this... thing. | ||

Some of Vi probably come from buffering (being cc-able during the ult), some are shared with Nautilus (Q behaviour basically, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened with Azir's E too). Irelia has some generic stuff (Q killing a minion but you don't receive the reset, sometimes you don't receive gold as well) and her E issue that's more QoL where completes the animation and refunds the cd without any effect if you lose vision during said animation (either make the spell totally complete, or cancel the animation when you lose vision so you don't waste time (and let them get out of range). Viktor is Viktor, although it seems to be better now. That Skarner thing is a legendary? Wtf. Oo | ||
