I don't know how many warnings I have on my TL account, but I very clearly remember one and the mod note basically told me that resorting to direct insults is pretty much always a no-no no matter how right you think you are, or even actually are. Also FWIW nothing PX said is incongruent with how pro sports leagues began. At the extremely early points Gahlo is referencing, they paid extremely poorly and were not popular at all. They didn't have things like "free agency" and whatnot, because there wasn't a lot of structure yet. That's where League is at(kind of, it has some of the stuff, bot is missing a lot), but Riot 'owning' all things League can most certainly put a damper on its ability to grow beyond where it is, because a lot of the structure of pro sports as we know it comes from owners and player unions collectively bargaining over the revenue generated by the sport. The biggest problem here, is that nobody 'owns' football or basketball or what have you, but Riot does own League of Legends, so there's probably going to be some fighting about that. | ||

I guess I'm mostly crowd which occasionaly participates, but as an avid reader of the LoL subfora, I must commend you guys for making it lively. The spirit of LoL surely lives here! Feels almost like soloq. And now I'll stop my small cynical rant I guess. Also, lifesteal has been one of my favourite mechanics in the game as of late, BT is super good, but only when paired with another lifesteal item like Botrk/Hydra/is there anything else? 30% just too good once you get some mpen. J4 top with BT/Hydra/Bruta/LW is great for just exploding everyone. And I'd even dare to say Garen with BT is kinda good. | ||
