If not then she's worse than Olaf. The infinity damage tier list: SS tier Jayce = infinity damage from range so op S tier Olaf = infinity damage from melee A tier Zyra support and Velkoz support = small infinity damage from range but support, pussy champions B tier Cassiopea = infinity damage but has to hit skillshots, bad splash art Squirtle's squirt tier Quinn = small damage, is a bird which is lame and sucks dicks, really bad | ||

But, most importantly, to prevent people from getting "trolled" by Singed/Volibear/Rammus, their QoL was a highly inelegant "interrupt" put on the target. It starts as soon as she casts E and doesn't stop before she lands. It is, technically, a ~0.5s suppression that also stops dashes. I'd rather we be able to see plays like a Shen taunting Quinn on reaction when she starts dashing to him (pretty fast fingers for that one) for example. In lieue of that it's the typical non-interactive Riot state that they dislike. (Fwiw I found the Quinn changes that leaked pretty interesting. It'd seem like they go more toward a more active "tag" aspect in the gameplay, as apparently it suggested the player would be able to swap between Quinn and Valor either at will, or on a much shorter cooldown (with still the 20s duration) in exchange for losing Skystrike.) Quinn would have to gain form changing at level 1 if they did that. Her kit is way too weak to lose the execute in exchange for super slow form changing at level 6. Seems dubious to me, because I dont really trust the Melle-Ranged ult. Might make her situationally overpowered, but probably not competitively viable, long term. | ||

Of all the melee / ranged form champs in the game. there is no real inbetween. I dunno, if anything my focus would be juts making her slightly safer in teamfights. Making her AD carry Nidalee is boring. Changes her from a fun AD carry with a different flavor to nidalee copy number 5. | ||
