Amen brother. Changing that was the single greatest mistake they have ever done in designing the game. Nothing wrong with a baker throwing spears with a magical hat on his head.

Amusingly, Pantheon was actually the first champion with true AD ratios (technically preceded by GP, Nasus, and Udyr, but those are on-hit modifiers and not true AD-scaling nukes).

EDIT: That was even when you could hit one person with multiple arrows and shotgun people with Volley at close range, lol (which Riot would later refer to as a "bug" despite pre-release patch notes clearly referring to that feature as though it was intended).

It was however the only true AD scaling ability in the game and was probably done for thematic reasons. Its easy to forget about. Also crit is the dumbest mechanic in LoL. This is especially true with people buying ghostblade and IE more because the early crit items accelerate the point of the game where crit was dumb. That shit need to be removed.

Crit is dumb. Summoners rift jungle monsters are dumb. (being fixed in update hooray) Awful summoner spells, runes and masteries are dumb. Riots inability to effectively handle disconnects and toxic players is dumb. Xerath is dumb. That's about my list, yeah.

Man, I totally forgot about that. They should change that back. That would honestly completely fix Ashe. Her problesm are lategame damage being about 15% lower than most ADs and being unable to deal with the league of gapclosers... Add back in shotgun W and it solves both of the huge issues. She still likely would be weak in lane, but I think she'd be a strong pick.

among new accounts on NA, around 50% of them are botting using custom dominion games (only custom dominion games, AFK in game, etc.). For the players who do not play custom games, it is likely that at least 5-10% of the accounts are being botted using a different method.

She still likely would be weak in lane, but I think she'd be a strong pick. If you let Ashe volley arrows hit multiple people, she could flash W auto somebody at level 1 for over 1000 damage. Even if secondary arrows did 50% damage to the initial target, she could still do about 650 damage and one shot most people. And if you made secondary arrows do like 25% damage Volley would be a lot worse because it'd be easy to have a tank bodyblock the AOE in teamfights. And even then she'd still be able to do like 75% to somebody at level 1. Take ignite and you can probably still get dumb level 1 kills. It'd be a dumb change.

I have some circumstantial evidence that suggests these accounts are created after September 29th of this year (~ 1 week ago). I visited every single one of those players and recorded their 10 most recent games. ~1400 of them played at least 5 custom dominion games in which they DEALT NO DAMAGE at all (not even against minions). BTW here's the data itself. You can load it into Excel and see it for yourself. http://www.filedropper.com/bot_3

I'm more annoyed at all the bugs than I am at the disconnects, but probably more because dc tend to affect everyone regardless of team and champion, and there's evidence of them working on server issues. Whereas when a bug's been there for several years, it's hard to believe they're working on it.

Pros don't play Ziggs much anymore, when they want a super long range waveclearing mid laner they pick Xerath.

Neither has anyone I know who plays the game, and most of my friends play quite a bit. Riot has publicly talked about problems with multiple ISPs(and completely shifted blame onto the ISPs if I recall correctly) in the last year, so your anecdote is cool but just an anecdote. Also, EUW and whatnot. I guess what I'm trying to say is you're lucky?

3 of my 7 games somebody disconnected and cost their their team the game just today. I actually think it's a lot worse than it was a year ago.
