Garen can't zone Ryze or stop him from farming, so technically he will never win the matchup, but in comparison to the fits ryze gives like Singed, Darius, Renekton, Poppy, Jax, Shyv, nasus etc it's a really easy matchup. | ||

Given that Ryze scales ridiculously harder than Garen, forcing a farm lane is a win for Ryze. He can keep Garen at a reasonable level while getting largely a free pass to lategame. | ||

I never said he won, even relatively. I just said he didn't lose nearly as hard as similar champs. Man you guys are testy lately. | ||

It's their current version of a happy medium in a no-win situation where they're trying to make it so neither the loser (no loss) or the winner (some gain) actually gets punished by things outside in-game control. | ||

I used to get 70-90 ping without much issue, and it was really stable. As is, I can't even connect to the game anymore. | ||
