Jax had some play in China, primarily from cola and gogoing but cola has avoided it at worlds so far and OMG is yet to play.

I've been consistently auto'd by melee champions with less MS than me for awhile. Is there a trick to do that? I know with more MS you can stutter-step, but when they have less MS and are out of auto range, suddenly out of nowhere they auto me and I take the damage and all.

How can you do that?
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

There is Mundo, but he is anti-double AP.

The problem, really, is they nerfed Sunfire, Randuins, Dorans, and 2v1 (becoming a freeze), while individually nerfing quite a few of the AD Toplaners (most notably Jax and Renekton). Eventually you hit a breaking point where they are generally not played.

In addition, a lot of the AP tops that are popular have some sort of super annoying harass which means your Jax is way behind, or your Shyvana/Renekton cant really take advantage of a Lvl 6 all in. I think (think) Shyvana still is a good pick for some compositions, but its just really hard to pull it off now with no CC or Gapcloser pre-6.

They could be cutting you off so they don't have to travel as far.

Na, that'd be obvious, especially top lane, I'm talking about a straight line.
Although since last time I talked about it all I received was that (reasonable but non-applicable here) explanations and covert insults... but since I'm really bad at stutter-stepping myself, even when I'm faster, I'm pretty curious if there's a way to do that.

just think about it this way. Draw 2 straight lines. They're never going to be parallel no matter what, unless you're a parallel line drawing god. They're going to intercept at some point, and if they have similar starting position in regards to a singular axis, one line is going to be longer, and another is going to be shorter from origin point to intercept point.

I just got carried by an ungodly Azir.

Well... I dunno it was really weird. he did really well, but it didn't feel like he was driving the game. Jesus though he did a lot of damage and probably won every teamfight because of him.

Probably has something to do with, in my opinion, the best comp being all magic except ADC. Allows ADC to completely dominate and if you build armor all the magic damage just melts you.

No it was in the last game I played. He did get to point though were one person wasn't enough to stop him (he out dueled their fed Wukong at one point, which really surprised me), which gave the rest of us time to get other stuff like baron and dragons. Azir late game is good.

In same game I was playing LeBlanc. Laning is really hard now (not saying she shouldn't have had silence removed). Does anybody still play her to success? I came good by the time fights came around, because I could still take out one of the them straight away, even if I died, but I had to play like a pussy in lane and couldn't roam at all.

Granted it was vs a decent Malz, so it could've just been that.

Because, so long as you don't cancel it, an auto attack it occurs. So they don't have to be so close to you to get those auto's in.

1) They have an animation timing advantage. If you're both stutter stepping the animation timing matters just as much as the base movement speed.

2) While you think you have a straight escape path it is in reality not quite straight. It only takes about a 10 degree deviation from parallel in order to make 345 move speed equal to 350 in one second(which will cover about 58 units). If you're heading to your tower and they're off to the side its pretty easy to make that cut

3) They're good at not canceling their auto attacks and so continue to swing as you move out of range and you only think you're out of range.

Oh for fuck's sake. This patch I'm having spells cast and not do shit all the time. More particularly when I die: the animation plays, the spell completes, it goes on cd, the mana is substracted, but no effect happens. I get it the most with Irelia's E (but that spell is garbage glitches-wise), Lulu's E, and now Nami's W.
Well, in Nami's case, the mana went away and the spell played, both sound and effects (including the bounce), but the cd was refunded afterwards and no effects occurred, no heal, no HP loss, nothing. Irelia's E happened always (because, again, that spell is unadultered shit most of the time, I wonder how they coded it) but the others are from this patch.

Na, when I meant out of range I meant "I'm out of their auto range, there's more than a full Teemo between us, and I'm walking straight, not stutter-stepping.

On the topic of stutter-stepping, Vi is making me so mad. She takes about half of her animation stopping in place, before she swings her punch (so that at the start of the animation she can really pull her punch back before swinging it). I know Riot wants animation to be cool and stick to the character and all, but chasing anyone as Vi, even when faster, is just impossible. I'd rather chase someone with Fiddle or Morgana. It's that garbage.

Theoretically sure, but at some point no point talking about infinitesimals here.

Most T-squares ground to rather high precisions anyways. we talking like +/- 0.000001 inches.
