I haven't played him in forever except for one game but i still remember him being annoying as hell to play against and even playing him it just felt so silly running in and going q-w-q and getting like 200 free damage down in half a second | ||

I actually dont know why no one builds TF on lucian anymore. You really dont need the waveclear from Shiv. I suppose part of it is IE + TF is just breaking the bank, but it is still situationally really powerful. | ||

His base AS is 20% lower than most ADC's and he can only trade effectively when his W is up whereas AD's can trade effectively regardless of whether or not their abilities are up. IE is probably the best first big item for Lucian, and Shiv just continues the power spike with exponential growth of crit. While, TF is a bit underwhelming for such a big purchase as a 2nd item. | ||

My impression is that Azir is simply bad right now regardless of lane. Sure he has great theoretical DPS, but the way he delivers it has very low range and pretty much does not move. At his current state I think he has potential against certain team comps, but otherwise he is just terrible. | ||
