What's the soldier's attack range? Casting range is 450 but the wiki doesn't say anything about their range. Edit: oh right, I didn't scroll all the way to the bottom. | ||

Are you playing in top lane or something? Don't really get it, if they go aggressive on you level one in mid with decent positioning you'll be fine and the lane will push into you. Azir at level 1 has sand soldiers that do around 70 damage depending on your AP. 500 or so HP, 335 movespeed, 26 armor. A Riven at level 1 has 80-85 AD, 550 or so HP, 345 movespeed, 44 MR. She also has 150-200 Q damage. She can literally, I'm not kidding, just walk up and kill you. Yeah you can back away, but you're either going to die at level 1 or get zoned hard. So far my early games with Azir are absolutely hellish. I get zoned straight from level 1, die to any gank, and never feel like I have any kill or harassment potential. | ||

No, she can just stay back and last hit and push that way and harass a bit, but unless Darius walks past the creep wave (and takes harass to do so) he'd never be able to zone her. | ||

If you drop a sand soldier to try to kite them, they just flash on top of you. You can't win the 1v1 with just 1 sand soldier so you have to flash away. Yes if you just back away you won't die, but then you also won't get at least half of the first minion wave. I'd be interested in seeing what other peoples experiences are early game. I am getting opponents who just walk right up and try to kill me right at the start of the game, and they're doing pretty well. It's not like "Cait vs. Darius", it's like Darius vs. Cait who isnt allowed to skill anything at level 1. And has no passive. And less range. And less HP. | ||

I'd like to see W be a 6 rank ability and have him come with it and able to learn Q or E at level 1, kind of like how they do Nid/Jayce/Elise. Think about how bad those 3 would be if all they had at 1 was their transform. | ||
