I'm having issues with the installer. When I open the launcher, it'll start patching/installing/whatever, and after a while the connection speed will drop to 0. I have to close the game and then reopen it and it gets a little bit farther. I've been at it for over a day now and I'm only about 40% done with the install. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions? It's annoying as hell. | ||

What I usually do is let them play an easy to learn and fun champ like Ezreal since he's like perfect for new players. Safe, ranged, jump, low CD skill shots to help them learn to aim, and a Kamehameha type ultimate. Plus they can build whatever damage items they want since both AD/AP are good on him. All I do is build super tanky on someone like Taric, Rammus or Xin (I'll hold, you punch.) and help peel for them but focus on letting them deal most of the dps. Build a jungle item during the mid game so you can just PvE while they are in base. | ||
