Multiple passives have existed since season 1, there is nothing new about it.

The only difference now is that Riot is putting multiple passives in the passive slot rather than attaching one of them to a random skill.

I just thought it was funny that he started the spotlight with "Azir has two passives." Please TL LoL, learn humor.

Azir has a crazy strong late game. Don't believe me? Lets look at a build of Nashor+DcapVoidZhonya+some defensive item who gives a fuck and a blue elixir. This is giving our pidgeon man 589 AP. His ASPD will be 1.26. This makes his sand soldier DPS 733, in an AOE. If 2 sand soldiers are hitting a guy, 916. How high is that? Well a full build Caitlyns (IE+BT+PD+LW for simplicity) single target DPS is 962. Actually somewhat higher because I totally didn't count Headshot but whatever, around 1000 Headshot should add something like 50 DPS. So it's not going to be end game hypercarry damage, but it will be crazy high for a mage, and all AOE, on a kit that honestly has a ton of utility.

I wasn't commenting on this guy's multiple passives. I just think his tower passive looks like a problem waiting to happen and that the Yasuo example being "look this isn't a problem" is not that great of an example.

Would a second nashor's tooth be worthwhile as a 6th dps item? Bit too lazy to do the math myself.

It needs 700 AP for the 0.05 ratio buff to make up for the base damage nerf. I think without the CD bug it wouldn't be that bad because you could probably get more in with the reset on cast, but the bug makes it useless.

You can't compare him with an adc. He doesn't have much cc and rylai is only 15%. I don't think he has crazy late game.

Ehh I'm going to lean on no, since you'd already be CDR capped before buying it. I'm honestly not really sure what I'd want for a 6th item damage item, but my never having played him and staring at numbers so it'll obviously be wrong guess right now is Rylais. 100 AP is good, 400 HP is good, and it will make his sand soldier autos slow, which will help keep enemies within the range of his sand soldiers, because if they get out of said range his damage suddenly plummets. If he doesn't have a sand soldier even with Nashor his 4 damage item DPS is only about 290.

You get 80 ASPD from your target 40% CDR anyway, going to 130 doesn't make that much of a difference. And you don't get the on-hit damage so you almost lose on on Nashor's compared to buying Morello and then just holding onto a recurve bow. Better to get like Morello (after all his soldiers proc it!) which is cheaper and has all the MP5 he will ever need on it. Defensive item should be Rylai. Since again, soldiers proc it.(though AoE ![]()

I'm sorry. My ability to detect sarcasm is Romanian level, also I wasn't trying to target you in particular(seen similar posts with a srs attitude towards it), your's was just the spark that lit my fire. She most likely has suffered from some inexperienced play from people who just want to see how she feels since the rework. It's still probably too early to use win-rate as any indication of her viability as a champion, since she has received the "new champion" treatment of inexperienced players trying her out. Her kit in general is something that needs more games than your average champion invested for it to be effective, as it possesses far more chances than a large amount of other champions for mechanical mistakes and poor positioning to cost you. I myself believe that the number is inflated by this kind of phenomena atm. Not saying she may not need some adjustments most all the reworks have, however she has much in common with why the new Xerath was considered very weak.
