I don't see how it is impossible to heal 7.8k. Rank 2 R is 450 + 1.8 AP per target in AOE max. You just need to cast 2-3 R in a teamfight to be close to hitting that mark.

Basically what you're telling us is that you only shielded for about 4k.

That's less than 20 shields in the entire game.

Worst Janna NA.

I think in our modern age technology has evolved to become more addictive. The things that don't give us pleasure aren't used as much. Work was never meant to be fun, but doing it makes us happier in the long run.

20 full hp stripping shields seems decent you should only get 1-2 in a team fight maybe.

I could be wrong but I was sure that was how things worked.

Looking at the Lux games I am pretty convinced that shields do not count. Unless there is a bug that makes Lux's W not count.

If Lux shield counts I can see her breaking 5-10k each game.

I wonder how accurate the healed stat is anyway. Look at a few matches, I can see multiple times where it's clearly wrong. Sometimes saying that people healed for 0, sometimes really low numbers like 0.1k or a Riven healing for 0.3k in 18 minutes when she had a vamp scepter. I can't find a single game where there don't seem to be multiple inaccuracies.

I don't find it surprising that there are inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the data. My death recaps keep telling me that I've taken 1000+ true damage from random summoner spells like Revive or Clarity :3

I am away from my league computer for the weekend so no. But he is probably right I went over some of my other games and my healing numbers are much lower than they ought to be if its counting shields.

They definitely do, since on Fiddlesticks it shows huge amounts. Also, just two potions are equal to 300, and at level 7 Riven's base health regen is 72 a minute.

Fiddles drain isn't spellvamp. Spellvamp adds to the healing, but it heals without spellvamp already. Natural health regen doesn't count as healing obviously. Pots not counting sounds weird, but may also be the case. Maybe pots counts as health regen instead of healing?

Basically, the problem is not necessarily that the stat is bugged, it is that we have no idea what it actually means.

My guess is that it only counts direct healing from spells (so when it says on the spell heals x for y), items which say (heals x) like targons, jungle items, Mikaels and monster swirls. Which for Riven would only be the healing swirls. For Fiddle, Nami or soraka it would be a lot higher. This is also consistent with my match history, where every champion with high "Damage healed" has some sort of healing spell.

Kha, Nami, Zilean, Trundle, Galio, Nida, Ali, Vlad

Outlier: Udyr also has pretty high Dmg healed in one of my games. Feral Flare which isn't lifesteal but still gives life maybe? Junglers generally have some dmg healed a bit above most other champions.

The heal from drain probably shouldn't count as spellvamp since the healing effect is included on the spell.

The way the damage/heal stats are counted is fairly mysterious, especially healing and "highest critical damage". I think I still have a screen of an Hecarim showing a whooping 6 damage for highest crit. Also, during the Bots of Doom event, Ezreal bot's CS score was incremented by 3 instead of 1 for every last hit, but the gold earned remained the same. The variables they use for these quantities are probably too much of a mess to output accurate values consistently.

ER isnt that bad but it doesnt provide that much on the champs who benefit from it either.
Its a very early/mid game oriented item that certain champs can use, but is overlooked/outstripped by Botrk/IE/BT simply because the champs who can use them are actually late game carries, and even its uses as a strong early-mid game item is diminished unless your team does a bunch of skirmishes for early buffs and dragons.
I feel like Riot wanted to add an AD item similar to TF, but it simply isnt as well rounded.
The only champs I like going ER on is Sivir, Varus and, to some extent, Khazix and Lucian , even then its only because how interesting and versatile these champs are that ER is included in their already-large item pool
