Well DL said they're getting beaten by C tier korean teams(BFM was named). They win lane but lose game.
That's something montecristo can help with though. If they were simply getting outlaned there wouldn't be a hope of winning.

I build him AP, so 9/21/0, 21/9/0, or 0/21/9 (kinda depends on matchup) with a standard AP page, dring start into either chalice or catalyst and finish Grail or RoA when you can, then immediately get a NLR item. I prefer deathcap but I think other people like DFG. I usually end up getting both anyway.
