True, but my point was more about the fact that pillar is not an ultimate and therefore you'll have more chances to catch people with a pillar. No 40% doesn't come immediately but you can reach very effective CDR at the two item timing if that is your playstyle (FH + Kindlegem + runes/mastery). Maxing pillar last still gets it down to a 14 second cool down with just one point in the skill at the two item timing (about level 13) I described that's about how long the cool downs are for many ADC escape skills. So pillar cool down will always be on par with adc escapes and they won't always have the range to jump straight over the pillar. And before anyone says it, obviously lucian is the exception because that's how he was designed. | ||

I think CLG is rather stupid to not have thought about that and speaking with riot beforehand. You can't base your training on violating the terms of use and hope nothing happens. That's just stupid. | ||
