Riot's policy forces me to actually shut the fuck up in every game.
Maybe dont tell people to shut the fuck up? Most people have never been banned, and its really not hard to avoid being banned.
Things ok to say
"lets group top"
"Come get blue"
"Im getting wrecked can I get a gank"
"You are getting wrecked, I cant gank your lane"
Things not ok to say
"Shut the fuck up you retard"
"Did your mother drink when pregnant because you are a fucking idiot"
"Holy shit are you playing with your face you fucking stupid shithead"
Notice how acceptable things are variations of "here is some information and/or requests" and unacceptable things are variations of "fuck you"

fixed that.
frankly people will take any slight at all not bowing down to them and start flaming or go on tilt from it. its better to just ignore people and never speak than to deal with it. people so used to just being able to report for any minor comment not praising them and knowings odds are good they've had a few bad games or they will only need a couple more bad games to get some some of warning or punishment.
its better not to mention any lanes failures in game. even advice can be taken as abuse in this game. "when you stand past here they are going to get free harass on you" is enough to incite anger in already frustrated players struggling.

A small patch means a small foreword! As 4.14 is potentially the patch we'll be playing the World Championship on, we're deliberately playing safe in terms of disruptive changes.
... inb4 huge changes 2 weeks before Worlds like with Triforce last year.

And then you'll come out and complain about how all champs and spells are the same. Zzz.
Dark Binding isn't that hard to dodge if you're observant because it has a casting animation, it doesn't go off immediatly like cocoon does either, and it's slow.
It has great value in zoning if the Morgana player knows how to use it because of said slowness, sure, but even then it's not like it's an easy skillshot to land. Quit wanting to castrate all champs.

The thing about Morg is she's pretty bad during the period after she misses Q and it's on cd, if they nerf her enough to make her vunerable while Q isn't on cd she'll have a lot of problems
personally I don't even think she's op on live but by she gets picked a lot so I'm not surprised by the nerf.
