on the case of jungle (bit late perhaps) the most enjoyment i got (as a spectator) was early last split. With wukong/kha/lee/elise/eve/panth/noc being played rather evenly.
But riot took the nerf bat to half those champions so whatever -.-

Kha/wukong/panth would be viable with just tiny numbers buffs. Khazix for example, they could've reduced the damage reduction to something more reasonable like 25 or 30%. Wukong might be okay if Q scaled from 15 or 20 to 30. Panth just needs ult channel time reduced by like 0.5s. Tiny little buffs, and while they might not be fb/fp, they'd be viable, and that's where everything should be.

Also the more I look onto Riot Kayle skin the more I want to buy it... but damn Kayle got nerfed pretty hard :\

How about no. That was probably the worst era of junglers, where jungle creeps died in like 2 hits, your laners took everything so you just ran around to gank the shit out of every lane and clear wards, and maybe 40 minutes in, you might finish shurelya's and randuins.

I think Rammus has a high winrate because he's one of the absolute least fun champions to play which means that no one would have the idea to "main" him or spam him regardless of the enemy team comp. It seems like he's more used as a "counterpick" when you realize that your opponents are heavy on AD damage and then he becomes a freelo pick.

Na, Eve's model is outdated and they'd like to redo it apparently, so it' probably Lux. I mean, Ezreal has a fuckton of skins already, doesn't stop them. I feel like they could really go crazy with Nautilus or Hecarim but they aren't popular enough.
And Wukong/Pantheon/etc. didn't need to get nerfed, they only came into the jungle because they were already too weak to offlane and the meta didn't favour physical melee mids. It had nothing to do with them being good junglers, but them having desirable traits (ganking potential from Pantheon, AoE initiation from Wukong) that teams wanted to have but had to jungle them because it was the only place they could fir them in.

Rammus has a single-target cc which, while point'n'click, has very short range when he has no way of reaching a protected target without Flash (because it's easier to bodyblock a QE than a RE from Ahri for example). Also he's no good at really "catching" ranged champions because he can't drag them.
Also 3s -> 2.25s, 25% duration reduction thanks Riot.
He's designed as a tank but has issues catching mobile enemies and only has one single-target cc, with meh duration considering all this, and on a long-ish cooldown.
I wonder how they build Rammus but he seems so weak lategame because of the "only one single-target cc" (not sure about Q but even if it can technically interrupt dashes doesn't it have a small time before the knock-up is "available" upon activation, meaning you have to predict?), he doesn't do that much dps ('cause he doesn't really force you to attack him compared to, say, Maokai or Mundo) and his steroid's uptime isn't that good.
So they try to snowball with him, also counteracting his slow clear somehow?
I mean, Rammus is cool, but I'm so perplexed as to how they make it work (I assume Sunfire is core to make up for his meh damage).

Ravage is one of Eve's skills, and the 4th letter is an A. It could be Eve.

Yeah, but it makes more sense for the support to Mikael's up to deal with Rammus than for an entire team to QSS.
