If you asked Shiptur there how much damage his combo would've done, it wouldn't be a number, it would be like "enough to kill her when her health bar was that size."

Well i did hear from quite a few people that he has real bad health problems because his habits are really unhealthy, like not eating and staying up playing games for days at a time but who knows he is a pathological liar, prolly lied to them too.

My heuristics I mean 'rounding'. You should know your full burst at a certain level within the closest 100 hp, then you factor in AP ratios.
I didn't read your firefighting anologies in details from a few pages ago, but note that firefighting is not competitive. You don't optimize efficiency... you just prioritize on safely.

i see no reason why having the math available to study won't accelerate how quickly you learn a particular matchup. it's not a replacement for experience, it's an aid.

I remember shortly after I started (pre-30) we were discussing him with a pal who bought him as his first or second champ, he said he maxed W for the same reason, adamant that it dealt more damage because of the ratio, even when I pointed out that leveling the skill doesn't change your AD and that Q gains more damage per point.
