Rotation I think would apply to like cass, leesin(while maximizing DPS, not playmaking), Most other champions don't have set skill orders or filler for a true rotation, more of just a priority system, kinda like gambits from final fantasy.

I too come from a WoW background, but it doesn't annoy me all that much. LoL doesn't really have rotations as much as combo's. While you're trying to be efficient, you aren't trying to maximize DPCT or DPS as much as stuff like CC uptime or burst. It's not like playing WoW where you have to follow the stack debuffx2>haunt>corruption>CoA>UA>(drainsoul if under 20%)>shadowbolt without clipping dots or god forbid letting NMIC corruption drop.
The only champs I can really think of that has (or had) standard rotations are Anivia and Leblanc.
Ryze is the only champion in this game that really had a rotation, due to the nature of his cooldowns and passive. Though it was basically q something else repeat.

ziggs used to the only champion which made me laugh because of his hilarious voiceover, shame he had to become fotm so playing him now makes me feel like sheep ;/

Not if it's NA, it's better to react to bad Baron attempts, and acquire free elo.
this is also true
new idea: play games mostly normal, except get caught out as support several times, giving less gold each time i die. feed like 7-8 kills. enemy team looks at the score, its in their favor so they think they are ahead. they baron cuz they think they're stronger then we walk in and acquire elo.
