It's ~115(~20%), not including the base damage nerf, runes, or masteries.
The more AD she builds, the worse the nerf gets.

So that is a pretty significant nerf for the late game then, no? Instead of getting a BT would it be worth it to grab some other item now?

I usually build Hydra first since there isnt such a big item involved in it then get BT as my 5th item (or GA or QSS) as it gives the most +AD of any item. I am pretty sure both Hydra and BT are common for Riven late game.

With Hydra/LW/BC, it's an ~7% nerf on Q's scaling. With BT/LW/BC, it's an ~12% nerf.
Again, this is without runes or masteries and assuming that the AD from leveling counts as base AD.

Normally at level 18 you'll have BT(o Hydra)/LW/BC at a minimum which isn't that bad. I think she'll be fine personally. She should still be able to gib squishies lategame with a full combo, she'll just need to land more enhanced autos as opposed to just mindlessly spamming QWR

Keep in mind that I wasn't counting the 120ish damage lost from hitting all 3 Qs aswell.

Is there any punishments for people who paid for elo boosting? Its pretty ridiculous when kids with Diamond borders are feeding in gold... Its pretty damn obvious that they just suck and paid a couple hundred to get boosted.
Maybe I am just unlucky, but I've played with at least 4 or 5 of them. Has riot announced anything? I can only imagine how many games these guys ruined with their uncarryable garbage. I dont want to play ranked with Bronze-5-es...

good point. I forgot about that. ~12% damage loss on each Q is pretty big actually. Still, a full Riven combo that uses all her passive procs should be able to kill most squishies.

I'm reading reports on some other sites that Riven's Q ratio will actually scale as well as the damage.
So instead of .4 total AD at all ranks it's .4 / 0.45 / 0.5 / 0.55 / 0.6 total AD.
Still unconfirmed though.

I meant to mention this earlier, but damn, the buffs to Super Minions are pretty crazy. They push really hard and fast. Made defending Baron really hard when our inhib was down. I think this will be a good change to prevent games from stalling out as much.

i hope ocelote isn't picking chaox because of his popularity, there has to be plenty of EU ADs who are much better.
Also with VES, everyone I asked seems to think they're awful and are guaranteed to lose. But they have so much more experience than the amateur teams and LANs are a different game than online. I can honestly see them crushing TBD.
