Played vs a mass armor Gragas top. That E change has to be the most stupid shit ever. He has infinite sustain and a 6s cooldown E that does full dmg whenever I go in for a lasthit. I assume this is going to become popular after people catch on.

yeah dayum d00d. so much cdr!! you are about 20% above the cdr cap haha.
I think banner of command is such a good item. 80 ap 20% cdr plus minions do 15% extra damage - all for 2400 gold with a pretty nice build up. ap splitpushers or really any ap that wants cdr but doesn't need dfg, athenes, or nashors shouldn't be getting this imo.

the only good kayle build is lich/nashors/dcap/void/zhonyas(ga), anything else is suboptimal.
although technically rageblade is really good on her, just that there are definitely better options unless you're playing some weird (bad) hybrid/ad kayle

So Gangplank can ult across the map to kill a minion near an ally, and when the minion dies it will heal that ally all across the map. Starcall is a thing of the past thanks to Gangplank Global Heal.
gold runes get worse the more gold you get from other sources, im thinking either armor quints or hp regen will become the norm for bot lane soon, im just too poor to experiment.

also I got annoyed with being unable to carry with fiora, losing 8-2 games etc. so I played a game with akali. Fed like hell, went like 3-10-1 and got carried. Hrm.

The spellblade passive is an on-hit effect, it's only applied to the primary target and isn't included in the AoE damage.

he's really fun and really good, and picked a lot in pro play so the real question is: how long until they nerf bhis ase stats, movespeed, Q and W base damages, W base MS addition, E cooldown, and ult ratio/dmg to minions?
On a more serious note, if you like playing AD carry/mid (he's okay there vs some matchups) and don't play Lucian, PLAY LUCIAN

I disagree, runes really matter until like 20-22 minutes in, somewhere around there when most champs have 2 items. Other hard-scaling stats (pretty much just armorpen) never really drop off especially if you have some other source of pen (bc/lw or nasus/renek/j4 etc)
armorpen is probably the best scaling rune in the game that is actually usable. Unless we're being technical, in which case XP quints might be the best scaling when combined with a lot of perlevel runes (I'm pretty sure there was someone on this forum who ran shit like scaling ad reds, scaling armor yellows, and scaling mr/ap/cdr blues... LOL)

i think you are all crazy, 10 armor is always 10% dmg reduction no matter what stage of the game you are at. runes provide like 1000g of stats and that never changes.
