Building the executioner's emblem on an ADC is probably a noob trap. You won't win any fights against either a Doran's Blade or LS+3 starter and just get zoned until your wave hits the tower. You'll be behind in your item builds and the extra gold you give your support probably won't offset what you missed from last hitting. Now double bruiser or bruiser + support lanes would benefit from both players building executioners emblem. Since you'll likely be zoned from the wave anyway if you fall behind this will help somewhat mitigate that loss. | ||

If champs like Soraka or Lucian don't have cc, then the item does nothing. And again, it's still unclear optimization. I've played him a few games against squishy/dps toplanes, he completely dumps on them. Landing a max-range axe is much stronger than before with the 2.5 second slow. Also max-Q in general is much better for farming since the mana cost is significantly reduced at higher levels. Just can't spam axes pre-6. I haven't tried any of my nightmare matchups though (renekton/riven), so I don't know how much the buffs have helped him there. | ||

I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop in a few years when turns out their server farms all run on puppy organs or something :o I more or less feel ambiguously about Riot because I don't agree with some of the changes they've done, and I still remember things like Riot effectively nerfing IP gain in season one or pre-season one, but I buy RP anyway, because I like certain skins, and I like being able to buy 6300 champions without having to play the equivalent of like 60 games before I can do so. edit: I also think that the "free to play" model of video games is probably one of the worst things that's ever happened in video games. | ||
