Not really an exhaustive explanation but: The less Mres the enemy has the better Mpen is (up until the point where your Mpen is higher than their Mres) The more damage your skills have and the worse ratios they have, the better Mpen is on them. example: Annie's Q needs 350 AP to double its damage at max level. Karthus' E needs 550 AP to double its damage at max level. Mpen is comparatively better for Karthus' E than for Annie's Q. | ||

wow wtf how does that work? He taunts everybody until he flashes (assuming he flashes before the taunt finishes and taunts the people directly on top of where he flashes? pretty sick, although I'm not exactly sure taunting 4 people level 1 seems like the best idea if you just spent your flash (although it worked out!  ) | ||

Since he's still in taunt mode the two behind get the end of it. I love flash taunting, it's the main reason I play shen if only for the level of "surprise motherfucker" when people forget you can do that in yolo queue.
