As Jax your Q is really a way to reach your opponent if you can't just walk up to them when your ult is primed, and your W a way to reach the 2nd ult'd aa faster. If you can mash someone without having to jump to them (most melees once you have Phage) then keep the jump. Best case is they lose, try to run, and you can jump to them to get another 1-2 aa thanks to that. (I suck at Jax though, the more I play him the more I realise that I only do well against other mediocre players or because of his excellent scaling if I manage not to miss too much cs. I still manage to lose post-6 to Shen, for shame. >.>) | ||

In all honesty though, she's good across all levels. That's why she is Diamondprox' main. She completely changes the way people have to lane and forces a significant amount of money into pinkwards. your build is fine, Diiamond builds the same although he usually skips the haunting guise nowadays and korean eve's even skip the elder lizard sometimes. | ||

As mentioned above, Diamond has been skipping Haunting Guise lately, I am not sure what the best build is currently, but yours seems fine enough. On a random Evelynn-related note, you might want to make sure you have enough hard CC or capability to pick some if necessary, as Evelynn somewhat vulnarable to assasins. She doesn't have anything to stop them besides damage, and teams often rely on junglers to have some hard CC, so that is something to keep in mind. | ||

The itembuild is quite outdated though, I wouldn't really reccomend eithewr Zhonyas or Rylais anymore. | ||

Yeah, I normally suggest my lanes to pick something with a bit of CC. I've found that I've had the most success paired with Ryze, TF, Renek, Voli top, Leona, Nami, and Zyra. The assassin that gives me the most trouble seems to be Kass when I don't manage to shut him down early. | ||

Pen just tend to be better when you're ahead in general for all roles and characters since it then forces the enemy to choose between building tank at the cost of no damage or to keep with their normal build and end up really easy to kill, since pen is more effective the less stats they have. | ||
