I figure he is also good vs the other strong split pushers like Trynd, Aatrox or Singed ? I feel he is rly strong in the solo q meta right now. Just counterpick him vs the likes I mentioned above and tell the jungler to leave me alone just like I do with Nasus. What do you think ?

Later on mediocre utility and zone control is the problem. It can work, but its no Zyra or Fiddlesticks. It can actually kinda maybe work vs those Squishy supps. You can pretty much take one down yourself at 6. Really though, it's not worth it. Other supports offer so much more and Leblanc is beast in Mid lane anyway.

His team fight positioning doesn't wow me in the same way as piglet or imp but his laning is really outstanding. Similar to uzi Dyrus and Turtle are a matter of motivation. You could see it when Dyrus and Turtle joined TSM. They both felt they were coming into a situation that was bigger than them and worked their ass off to improve. Dyrus beasted it up over the summer, and Turtle did the same during the spring split. For whatever reason, Turtle was lax during the summer split, but got super focused for regionals/worlds. I don't know what's going on with Dyrus atm :\ A lot of Turtle's poor positioning at worlds was because his team was so far behind that he had to go HAM to try and make the fight even or at least do enough damage to dissuade the enemy from taking objectives afterwards.

Versus Singed you power up a lot quicker than him once you get the spirit stone item and pretty much out push/out sustain him. I'm not familiar with Trynd vs Vlad but I would like to think that once Trynd gets something like a Cutlass[or any "mid tier" item] he would just constantly all in you forcing you out of lane or killing you. Anything that has a slow or gap closer pretty much crushes Vlad as he relies on constant small trades where he can spell vamp back up to 100% and eventually force/kill his opponent. yep Aatrox and Tryn should CRUSH vlad

He seems also really great vs Shen, who kinda made a comeback with TF and SV changes on my level. I figure he is also good vs the other strong split pushers like Trynd, Aatrox or Singed ? Don't blind-pick him, without knowing your opponent. Like never ever. Aatrox should beat vladimir. He can gap-close, he's strong pre-6 (and vlad really needs lvl 7 to able to do anything about enemy agression). Trynd is not a hard-counter, but he can easily farm next to you without worries. In a straight up 1v1 you should beat singed over time, but the match-up is very jungle dependant.

On that theme, is it worth it to rush Seeker's against heavy hitters AD tops, or is Revolver just absolutely key to being able to lane comfortably with Vlad? both are pretty much the same costs, so I've encountered the dilemma already
