I know I not the only one that watched LoveLin's performance yesterday on Aatrox.
Holy crap this guy is just freelo for me right now. Start DBlade in the Jungle, sustain npnp W OP and just have the most disgusting ganks in the entire game. Even if you get the worst leash known to man you still gank with like 85% HP and a revive passive.
You can Dive for free and disreguard the tower entirely, you hit like a truck with DBlade, you have Malphite ult every 15 seconds. The kind of map pressure you have is ridiculous. You can even counterjungle really really hard because aside from maybe Udyr no Jungler can fight you early because you have a DBlade and they stuck on Machete.
It kind of cheesy, but he can pull off the oldschool level 2 gank with just red buff rather easily. Nobody expects ganks before 3:30 and double buff anymore... you lose your blue for sure, but you pretty much guaranteed to snowball a lane. You do a solid 130 damage instantly with first auto coming into lane with W proc, then you have malph ult (80 damage) and red buff slow, even if they flash you follow them with Q, you guaranteed another few Dblade autos from you, and then two auto from laner and Ignite they dead.
Only real problem is his comparatively slow clear, but even then once you have a few levels in E and a Spirit stone it not bad at all.

You even teamfight well on just like Aegis/Sightstone. Granted I sure I just winning games so hard because no one knows whats up, but wow he feels strong.

Speaking of, when Gambit does pick him, they tend to ban out certain junglers such as Lee Sin and Jarvan IV. Does anyone have an idea of why?

I think it's more complaining about really really really good players that have an MMR that's lower than it should be, putting them at the level of just good players.

I don't think mid/top diamond 1 is having a low MMR.
It does raise an interesting question. Since the Challengers and top Diamonds play constantly, do the 2nd tier diamonds end up playing in games with them all the time? Basically being one of the lower skilled players in the game most of their games.

Corki is a retarded champion. He has a free get out of jail card with his w which makes him almost ungankable, and his dmg ouput and trinity ensures that no matter how fucking shitty he does in lane, he's going to get good dmg output until at least 40 min when a standard ad carry or even a hyper carry can get going.
And not like corki even has a bad laning phase in the first place.

Does anyone here (when jungling) go and gank at level 2? I mean, I know why everyone waits until they hit 3 and have double buffs, but is it ever a good idea to gank at level 2? What's the verdict on that?
Myself personally if I see a golden opportunity I'll gank a lane at level 2 with very good results more often than not. I'm not a very high ranked player though, so this might just work at lower levels exclusively.

Opportunity costs. The risk is fairly large if the gank does not work/ you don't get a wasted flash. You, as a jungler, fall behind, and you waste too much time for it. Also, most lanes are not pushed far enough for this to be okay.

What to do vs sejuani + kat as lux in mid? I did fine early even killing kat, but once sejuani left jungle they would both dive tower and I would just die (had river warded, but not up by tower so he just came in that way), then it just kinda snowballed out of control.

Ward well and try to get your jungler to countergank. If your jungle can interrupt Kat ult under turret for you, it's pretty easy to turn around.

Our jungler was Evelynn and was never around mid, almost always bot and sometimes top
So basically just try and play super safe around the turret and like 4 wards is the main solution if you cant rely on your jungler?

What are the Aatrox builds you guys are seeing? I've been running him 9/21/0 in both top and jungle, with DBlades/BotRK as damage items and SV/Randuin's/GA as tank items. Double Revive is pretty good, though I think with his decent AD scaling Hydra or BT might be better than BotRK - though BotRK is what it is and very strong.

IMO I actually think it favors viktor if you play it right.
You can take standard caster runes and masteries, make sure you have armor yellows. Rush that pre-hourglass item (whatever it's called, can't remember, shard or something...), and max Q if you're looking to beat him outright at 6. Max E if you want to be passive early and just farm/push him in so he loses a lot of xp if he ganks.
If he jumps you just W yourself and run away. The stun lasts long enought hat he cant follow up W.
All in all I think you should be alright.

2 wards should be enough to cover the mid lane. If you ward wraith entrance and banana brush, he cant really gank you unless the rest of your team doesn't ward and he goes in through your top/bot jungle entrances.
Lux vs a good diving combo is no fun though, if you have to play vs it, make sure your jungler knows they can dive you easy, because it's really easy to turn the dives into double kills for your team if he's on the same page as you.
