The way it works now I really like - the "on kill extra MS" works well with these same champions who work well off extended trades - irelia bouncing off minions, jax autoing minions 2 times to charge up his third-hit damage before leaping, etc. What makes the remaining permaslow options (IBG, Mallet, pre-rework S3 phage) in the game different is that they don't have cost-efficient fighting stats (you pay quite a bit for those slow procs compared to S2 phage.) so you can't really just buy it as a first item and have equal/better fighting stats AND a way to extend fights. | ||

It seems like we just need to not reuse the same passwords for normal browsing, money, and email. The bank passwords should be made up of easy to remember but hard to guess passwords. It doesn't matter if your password can be cracked in 50 seconds, as long as no script can guess it in 1million tries. As long as your bank password is not the same as your lol password, you should be safe, because the banks are probably decent at keeping your passwords safe.
