If we go by the wiki's questionable gold values, the raw stats alone put you ~400gold ahead. Practically speaking any carry who regularly uses abilities is going to gain way more from what Trinity offers. This also makes IBG questionable on anyone who isn't Ez/GP. | ||

Another thing that bothers me a bit is that 2s is really short, so even if you kill a minion for the big buff you won't reach that much farther unless you have a decent aa animation (esp. the wind-up) and you cancel it immediatly after. Gauntlet still slows, while Triforce only speeds you up, I think Gauntlet still has its niche (like it's more important for Vi to slow people than speed herself up because of how often her targets will have blue buff or a mean to slow her on top of their escape move, and she'll often draw cc to herself anyway, heaily negating the Rage passive). | ||
