So, not to take away from the turret discussion, but I've been toying around with Lucian, and I think his item build should be: BotRK > IE > LW. After that, it's basically up to you. The main thing with him is you want to get his passive to go off as often as you can to deal maximum damage. Other items I've toyed with and think are good include: Zephyr, Black Cleaver, Phantom Dancer. Tri Force isn't just good enough, even though Phage passive is fantastic on him. And apparently Sheen's Spellblade passive doesn't proc when Lucian's passive also goes off. But once that gets fixed, Iceborn Gauntlet should also be a decent 4th offensive item on Lucian.

I doubt the transmute and crystal mark buffs are for SR. The fact it's called "Crystal Mark" makes it sound like a crystal scar specific thing.

Reporting back on the League of Legends Amex card.

For those who missed the start of this, I signed up for the RP+ Serve card for science. However, it takes time for the actual card to arrive, so outside of the 1000 RP I gained for signing up I couldn't answer any questions (in particular, can I Direct Deposit using Paypal and get the 10000 RP?).

I got my physical card today. However, I was less prepared for this than I thought. Had I been better prepared I would have added $20 to my Paypal account at the same time I signed up for the card, but hindsight is what it is.

As of yet I can't tell you whether a transfer from Paypal will yield the rewards I seek, but I can tell you how to set it all up.

1. Login to Serve.
2. Mouseover "My Wallet" (found in the upper right of the window).
3. Click "Funding Sources".
4. You should see a Direct Deposit box, with an Enroll button. Click it.
5. Your routing and account numbers should now be visible.
6. Login to Paypal.
7. Under "My Account" Mouseover the Profile tab.
8. Click "Update Bank Account".
9. Click the Add button to add a new account.
10. Enter your routing and account numbers.

At this point the account should be unconfirmed, but that doesn't matter. You can still send money to the account.

I'll report back again once I find out if this will work for getting the reward. It apparently works for other Serve offers, but who knows?

Paypal should allow you to sent money on $0 balance if you just pull straight from a bank source via ACH

If that doesn't work, Amazon Payments is also a proxy for sending money direct from one routing/account to another.

Yeah that's what I'm wondering too. Sack of gold can be picked up by anyone will create a lot of new stuff.
- It encourage team to protect towers more because the gold from the creep can be retrieved, so the longer the tower last, the more gold they can retrieve.
- For offensive team, it creates tactical thinking scenario whether they should take tower to have more vision control, or just try to pressure and compete for the gold under towers.
- The fact that tower can give 100 gold for every 4,5 minion kill can help support a lot as long as they're active at picking up gold. If they can defend the tower all by themselves, they will have big reward.

Goldbags will not do anything positive for support. They will be ceded to the multiplicatively scaling AD just like the rest of the lane gold.

the thing is, how are they redistributing gold if they introduce this new income source? They have to either remove value from CS or we have a much faster game speed and laning phase.
