i remember killing vaynes nearly full to zero in a taunt cd with E armour pen +crits +ult + damage return from w I feel you can still build him ADish. He gets alot of free AD from his passive+W, plus his pen.
Last time I played him (Vi release?), I was able to fully dive an ashe in the middle of the enemy team and kill her.
His ganks are still beastly scary.

What do you build on lane Rammus? Sunfire Randuins? Or do you actually get a damage item somewhere?

If Vlad doesn't fall to a Zed fortpot allin in the early levels (which he can avoid with pool/blowing summoners if necessary) he definitely will win lane handily. Vlad doesn't actually need to be 9 before the lane swings into his favor, because he has better sustain/pushing ability and numerous ways to avoid the the full Zed burst.

That's fine. Everything else is shit because you'll be investing 700g into deadweight stats. You should also know better than to listen to anything that guy says is good. He makes his living trolling.
Also, don't analyze stuff like that. Gp10 does not getter just because you have more of it, the opposite is actually true. Don't just add up 5 items and say "with those you get x gp10 + y gold on kill, and on TF it is even more!!!".
Analyze stuff on an item by item basis. Avarice means you spend 800g on close to zero stats for any AP. The only relieving factor is the gp10. It does not build into anything you want. Thus, the only reason to build it is if you would not have gained any profit from having actual stats for those 800g for at least 20 minutes. Is that true for anyone? I doubt it.
If you buy Philo + Kage + Ava and are able to farm for 20 minutes, while not missing out on any opportunities or farm because you are missing out on ~ 2k gold in stats, then they are good. Is that a realistic scenario? I doubt it. You should realistically either be able to convert those stats into less farm for the enemy, kills for you, or more farm for you.
Being TF or not is wholly irrelevant for this discussion.

If they want to push their game for E-Sports further then a sandbox mode is one of the best ways to get people trained. Especially if they want to pillage good people from other mobas- where all they need to learn are what fights they can win or not.
It'd be great to have a custom game mode with text-based commands.
/setlevel 12 /givegold 1200 /respawnDragon /resetgame
I frequently 1v1 practice with my brother a lot. It's so annoying to have to recreate the game once one of us has snowballed past a reasonable point.

i just realized something is there any merit to using w in spider as elise and switching human immediately for ranged autoattack harass? kind of like a reverse jayce
|
Only advantage would be to use it at range, which means you'd have switched to spider, have W off cooldown, and already be at range. - If it happens because your opponent ran from you, then it means you haven't switched back to human after a trade (weird) or didn't use W in that trade, making you miss out on damage. - If it happens because you switched to spider in lane, you're telling your opponent "jump me, I won't have half my kit, including my stun, to retaliate" and you'll probably get jumped. If not, as soon as you switch back to human expect aggression as you won't be able to Rappel for the next 4 seconds.
Otherwise Spider form gives you spiderlings so you'd lose out on damage using your steroid in human form.
And how the heck are you still a Zergling with your 10k posts?

So is the comcast internet issue still at large or has it been fixed? I'm asking cuz I just moved and comcast seems to be the best internet available here...

What does everybody think about the Phage changes on PBE?
In case you don't know, they're taking the slow off it and giving it: New UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Basic attacks grant 20 movement speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 60 movement speed for 2 seconds.
Trinity Force is getting the Rage passive, while Frozen Mallet keeps the Icy passive and now builds from Pickaxe + Giants Belt + Ruby Crystal.

Every game I'll have lag spikes, but very rarely will I have a skateboarding game with unkillable creeps.

Change your DNS server to statically point to Google. You get out of Comcast's shit routing that way. Haven't bothered to switch back to check.

I feel like slows are more aggressive than movespeed buffs. Very few champs can perma slow. If you get a slow on someone then you can hit them more before they get under the safety of a turret or their teammates.
The movespeed buff might be just as strong, but I don't think it is as abusive and makes the game more safe during laning.

It'll make it harder to fight champions with slows because your MS buff doesn't matter when Cait slows you while putting distance, though.

It is gonna cost I think 150 less?

I like giving movespeed more than taking movespeed away, so I approve of the changes. It helps the bearer without negatively impacting the person they're attacking, making it less important on odd man fights and more important in 1v1 situations.

Meh, I think slows are better than ms boosts as a rule, mostly because of how this game calculates them.
Also, IMO, even if Ghost was given the old Surge as a bonus, IMO Exhaust would still be a stronger combat skill for the majority of champs.

No no, I do think slows are better than ms boosts, I like that it's getting a minor nerf.
