There's no challenge to playing against AP Sion. When he charges at you you either burst down his shield or you don't. If you can't you get farther and farther behind. If you can you get farther and farther ahead. There's no tricks or finesse to it, it's just a numbers war. That's not fun.
He's got no skillshots, he's autoattacky as all hell, no long cooldowns to manipulate, how is he fun? Yeah, a bit like TF. Except you can't ward against TF. You can't play agressively against TF. You can't take a 3v2 against TF. Very fun champion indeed.

TF is fun to play because you have to manage the pick a card minigame and have ridiculous map awareness, as well as a fairly oddball skillshot.
He's fun to play against because you have to keep track of the cooldown on his ultimate very carefully, can cancel it if you're in the right place at the right time, have to dodge his skillshots, and also have to keep track of his pick a card minigame because you can win trades with him while it's on cooldown.
They're completely different, trying to compare them is just straight up trolling, IMO.

TF is my most hated champ in the game. Either he sucks and cant ap to clear wave and you are playing 4v5, or he somehow dominates and every lane is 2v1 and 3v2. Basically, the entire game revolves around TF and his mid counterpart (and the junglers). Not cool.

There is no better feeling in the world than flash Tibbers on a porting TF.
He kinda just stands there for a sec wondering why he didn't show up in bot lane.

Yeah, it's tough to catch a TF in the act because his port is fast and he'll often have to run into the jungle or down the river a bit to port. But if you're proactive about it and have enough wards/foresight to catch him, it's a very satisfying feeling.
On another note - my girlfriend will be away for the weekend, which means I'm gonna probably stream most of the day tomorrow. So pumped, haven't gotten a whole day free for gaming in a while =D

I don't know about that, throwing Fizz's fish friend on an ulting Shen is pretty fantastic! KS from across the map !

Do a "How to Escape ELO Hell Day" because that's the most popular thing ever.

no way, the best is cockblocking a Karthus when they are about to like triple kill your bot lane and jungle with ult and are drooling in anticipation mashing the R key.
I had a glorious play on LB once where I flash, dash, mimic dashed like three fucking screens through the turret mid lane and silenced some hapless karthus about to slay our top and jungle.
plus the laser starts to come down and then dissapears, so everyone knows you just heroically saved their ass.

But...I've already escaped elo hell. I'm striving to escape diamond hell now.
edit: Yeah sobek, those plays feel awesome.
I just love mid lane, it feels like there are so many options of play and so many different great things you can do that you don't really get in other lanes as often.

Soniv too terrible to carry. We should do a Soniv and Wave stream day where I annoy the fuck out of you and everyone laughs.
Except I can't ditch my wife and the guy for a weekend unlike you, you terrible boyfriend.

In terms of playing against him, TF is a far more positioning-reliant champ and has a lot more room to punish his errors/counterplay.

I bet Sion's ult gets gutted XD. Duration reduced to 8ish seconds. %Lifesteal removed. Heals for a flat amount instead based off of max HP. Only works for X hits.
AD Sion is freaking OP when he gets fed. He would be literally unduelable if you removed thornmail from the game. Good ganks. Just no way to get places and he has to build pretty squishy.
AP Sion was fun too but he falls off so fast even when fed. Too bad they're going to remove him.
I'm fine with the remake but I feel like they're going to reduce his strengths, buffing his weaknesses, and making him more ordinary.

I remember the days when soniv would feed on janna support ("shut up guys i want to learn support") and solo top singed. Those were the days. The glory days. The golden days. Aka Soniv was still gold.

Real, trundle's strengths got buffed (ult) and his weaknesses got nerfed (w tenacity, pillar sucks at early levels already and now its less duration)
