>_> I am a sucker for Kanno what can I say.. Anyway, I have no idea why people enjoy ARAM. Friends always want to play it and I always don't. I just don't see the appeal. What's the friggin deal with it?!

I mean it's just a fun carefree game that's a nice distraction when my friends don't want to play SR games. I guess I never play it alone now that you mention it.

I've just pinned down how bad the Olaf nerfs were. He's arguably one of the most fun and dynamic champs in league, everyone knows how to play him because he was so strong, he's incredibly versatile, and even now isn't being picked for niche comps even. I think it comes from the fact he was a barely competent 1v2 laner before the nerfs, really needed blue buff to stay alright and didn't have any tools to survive or counter pressure during early lane dunk attempts. Now comp top laners are pretty exclusively picked from a pool of stronger 1v2 laners. I think olaf would still definitely be in contention if the meta wasn't so firmly swinging towards the 1v2 as standard in pro team play. The new botrk didn't help much either, the active reaaaaally makes olaf's old ghost into rush ADC significantly less successful, since the heal against him is massive and the movespeed reversal is also stupidly strong.

His passive, on the other hand, keeps higher resistances % than HP % on the bloblets, so resistances should be prioritised, I believe. Still irrelevant on the blobs. The same amount of %EHP from resistances/health will produce the same amount of %EHP on the blobs, since they 10% of his health. That is the glory of %'s. So you build the thing that gives you the most EHP, which is health

I dont know. I think it depends what you are hoping to accomplish with your 1v2. I Think Olaf is still decent at holding towers and surviving dives. However, to do that he has to give up CS in a way that, say, Elise, does not. I mean, Olaf is a better 1v2 than Singed, but Singed is getting his nerfs soon (to his damage) whereas Olaf has already gotten damage nerfs. Also singed hasn't had the CC nerfs that Olaf has gotten so he can still do his thing.

Basically he doesn't do anything well now. Elise, renekton bully lanes far harder than he does. He's much more easily ganked as well pre-6 because of his reliance on ghost and no hard CC. His axe almost doesn't count as a CC any more, lost THIRTY arpen whenever his ult isn't up at max level, and had his sustain nerfed. He didn't actually sustain that much in comparison to champions like renekton and elise, and he puts himself much more at risk to do it because to gain back health at a good rate he has to sit there and auto(axe spamming is AoE and is much less effective).

He lost more flat armor pen then people ever build. (Equivalent to black cleaver + ghostblade of flat pen...) That's huge, that's massive, that's absurd. The flat arp was what made his axes actually hurt, even vs bruisers who have armor, and especially vs ad carries without armor, and what made him a threat. Hitting him in pretty much every ability at the same time just killed him, for no real reason. Also, nerfing hp stacking hit him as well, as he likes building hp over resists. He just isn't strong enough to pick anymore, which is a shame.
