No, that was a scrapped up internal stuff, that was used with obviously overpowered numbers/effect just to try ("see if it looks good, then make it fit"), the red responsible for it cleared it in a thread talking about them after that PBE patch. They weren't intended to even figure in the files, it's just something they forgot to clean up.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

For a moment, I thought this was for SR, and I was like O_o, were it not for the enemy spellcasts part it'd be OP. Then I realized it was only for ARAM.

Then I realized Riot made ARAM pretty. Zomg so prettttttttty.

...it is! Well, at least in the current health stack meta (breaks even past 1250/1666.../2000 hp).

The prioritize different champions not hit though is interesting. The goal I suppose is to reduce the amount of burst to squishies and emphasize his %health nature of blaze.

...interesting, I like it.

Also means R-Q-E-W becomes his highest "theoretical" damage output in teamfights.

And I more or less agree with it.

Though technically triple bounces can still happen, it just won't happen randomly (catch a pair of champions close together and all). Also gets rid of the sheer amount of frustration applying the damn blazes to everyone in a chaotic teamfight before R-ing takes. R becomes the new opener.

So I have a question about Varus' Blighted Quiver proc.

It benefits from AP, and lolwiki says the percentage proc will have .02 ratio, meaning 2% added max hp damage per stack of blight. At 180 AP, the ratio should make it be 3.6% max hp per stack, which in game labels it as 4%. So is it actually 4% or does the game just show it as 4% for simplicity sake? I know some stat displays are like that, so just wondering if its consistent for this too.

All numbers in game are stored as floats but displayed without the decimal points. It's 3.6xxx%, not 4.

Man on an unrelated note watching JD stream is so much fun, so reminiscent of his BW play and he's doing great, I love watching macro zerg played so smoothly. First SC stream i've watched in a long time, he's fun to watch just rolling kids sauron.

dat macro, hopefully his style actually works in a tourney environment

ok guys, wanna confirm something.

know how you can turn in last few moments of skarner's ult to get extra distance? does the same thing work for shen's ult? phrased differently, does shen's ult always make shen appear on the target's back?
