nvm. I can't read.
(Zac's ult still has a stupidly high base damage allowing up to 400-600-800 + 1.5 AP in AoE.)
The mechanic seems strange though, according to what they wrote he actually bounces by himself and you have to control him to be where you want when he drops?

His W however... max it first, sup 6% of your max HP as magic damage every 4s as long as he sticks to you. Every 3s with some CDR. In AoE. And they were concerned about Vi's early power? x)

LB's squishier than Karma should be, though. And LB's E has a pretty long tethering time, so I'm waiting on the numbers.

Zac's passive makes Trundle so, so, so sad:
Each time Zac hits an enemy with an ability, he sheds a chunk of himself that can be reabsorbed to restore [4% of maximum Health] Health.

(Fwiw, as long as he spams W and gets to collect the chunk, he has around 1% health restore per second. Mundo weeps too.)

So, I don't know if people have noticed about ARAM, but it looks like there's only one summoner spell if I'm looking at the screenshots properly. They always have double summoner spells, which to me implies only one summoner available.

Not sure how good is the active. Short resistances burst so better against initiation it seems, but shouldn't you use the speed burst from afar? Interesting concept, but I'm not sure who would want to pick up such a slot-ineffective item though. It's "enemy spellcasts" so not the jungler.

"Meh" for burst/offensive. But for escaping/juking/kiting/peeling? It's amazing, it's almost like a single-target Morgana ult.

Hmm, minor quip: I think the new item would be smoother to use if it gave incremental benefit by # of charges stored rather than only being usable at 15 charges (e.g. suppose you could use at 6 charges for 12% MS, 8 Armor, 8 MR).

Conceptually the item is a marriage between Magic Wand and Drums of Endurance from DotA, which is interesting.

Isn't Magic Wand a personal healing item and Drums an AoE buff, though?
And I agree that the concept if interesting, but the short duration of the buff and the difficulty of "acquiring" it (as you said, need for full 15 charges) makes it pretty awkward for a full slot to me. On the other hand that's what the PBE is for.

Yeah, the Equalizer was fucking strong but holy shit did they gut it. Also no clue where the Brand ult nerf comes from.

The thing that immediately stands out is that the item isn't really all that cost-effective for combat stats. Going from Ruby->Horn costs 550 gold which only gives you regen and the active--no real direct stat benefit.

Yeah the Equalizer nerf seems insane. I mean it was generally accepted it was strong and probably needed looking into but shit, getting rid of ALL of the initial burst is crazy..
