That said what's 19/11/0, wasn't that pre s3.

Well WX has 3 mastery pages as far as I know, and 19/11/0 and 14/13/3 are definitely among them

Sorry, it's 14/16/0. From this video at around 2 min in. His 14/13/3 is also nice but I don't use it much.

EDIT: Something like this (Mobafire Masteries Builder Link).

Curious, I guess it functions almost identical to the 19/11/0 of s2 for when you want to keep pen masteries over the block mastery. I had been using 17/13/0 here and there since S3 started but I haven't thought of dropping the crit stuff for mp5, will have to give that a try at some point for sure.

Haven't seen a single Yi since nerf. Heal nerf was too bad imo.

I know that the Asian supports are known as the best in the world, but I was wondering, within both the EU and NA scenes are there any supports that are widely regarded as being "the best"? It seems to me hard to me to gauge the best supports as their effect on games is more subtle than other roles.

lee sin still dominates aggressive games which happens all the time at diamond. If its one of those slow pace games though then yea he is pretty bad

nerf to the AP ratio, buff to base heal, also buff to mana cost

v 3.01
Total heal amount increased to 200/350/500/650/800 from 140/280/420/560/700.
Total ability power ratio reduced to 2.0 from 4.0.
Mana cost reduced to 50/65/80/95/110 from 70/80/90/100/110

As an avid fan of watching the support players, for EU the best, most consistent support in my humble opinion is Nyph. You'll be hard pressed to find a general consensus to the best supports, as the feelings of exactly what supports can be credited with doing is hard from a spectator perspective (if we had access to team chat more often we might see which support is most helpful to his team). For NA there's honestly no support who plays well enough consistently enough to have earned the crown of best support, but I've seen Patoy do some wonderful things in his time with Dignitas. He's a really great player.
Hey! How you doin'?

Chauster; back in S2. Easily the best in NA.

Right now because of stats; Patoy is the "best". NA supports are pretty underdeveloped in play.

Dang, because NA games are the ones I enjoy most to watch, and support is my favorite role, I wish I had caught Chauster in his support-playing time.

Yeah, I feel like the farmfest games I tend to suck with him, but the games with aggressive lane mates I do much better.

Elementz has gotten pretty good at laning phase for support; might be able to learn a little bit watching Curse scrims. (his team fighting still suspect imo).
Patoy's strength is teamfighting; his laning phase is pretty standard support, nothing amazing.
