From this video at around 2 min in. His 14/13/3 is also nice but I don't use it much. EDIT: Something like this (Mobafire Masteries Builder Link).

I had been using 17/13/0 here and there since S3 started but I haven't thought of dropping the crit stuff for mp5, will have to give that a try at some point for sure. This bear why you trick me, may you have no Chihaya panels this week.

lee sin still dominates aggressive games which happens all the time at diamond. If its one of those slow pace games though then yea he is pretty bad

It seems to me hard to me to gauge the best supports as their effect on games is more subtle than other roles. As an avid fan of watching the support players, for EU the best, most consistent support in my humble opinion is Nyph. You'll be hard pressed to find a general consensus to the best supports, as the feelings of exactly what supports can be credited with doing is hard from a spectator perspective (if we had access to team chat more often we might see which support is most helpful to his team). For NA there's honestly no support who plays well enough consistently enough to have earned the crown of best support, but I've seen Patoy do some wonderful things in his time with Dignitas. He's a really great player.

Right now because of stats; Patoy is the "best". NA supports are pretty underdeveloped in play.

Dang, because NA games are the ones I enjoy most to watch, and support is my favorite role, I wish I had caught Chauster in his support-playing time.

Elementz has gotten pretty good at laning phase for support; might be able to learn a little bit watching Curse scrims. (his team fighting still suspect imo). Patoy's strength is teamfighting; his laning phase is pretty standard support, nothing amazing.
