I don't even know if I can call myself a Curse fan given how much I fanboy Chinese teams, but if you take a step back and honestly look at how far the teams have come, there's no question that Curse has come the farthest and done the most to deserve to win NA LCS.

One of the major reasons why I like Curse. Liquid112 is op'd manager.

Now only Chauster is worthy of attention, but I really dislike him jungling. ![]()

+ Show Spoiler + I feel AP Janna is currently legitimately strong (against the meta?), barring her somewhat questionable laning phase. As of right now, most players play the warmog divers, generally using Vi, Xin, or other bruisers/tanks with nothing but survivability items (aka Warmogs), to kill the opposing AD carry. I think AP Janna is the best counter against this kind of comps due to her 6 seconds shield with extremely high AP ratio - something you cannot break if you only build warmogs.

I can't think of very many NA AD carries I would want on my team over cop. Especially with ad carries being a little weaker than in the past, consistency is definitely something to be valued. This is why I like Curse as a team, they aren't super flashy except maybe Voyboy, but they are very solid, their weakest link (arguably bot) is still really good. Pretty much guaranteed the animals they played with in the video will get homes within a couple of weeks. I don't think dogs know better than to unconditionally love any human they get to interact with though. Cats on the other hand @_@. I still love my cat though.

This champion is a animal tamer with two large ferocious cats. They also have a whip. One cat follows close by their feet, the other rests on his shoulder/around their neck. Passive: After successfully landing an ability, autoattacks for the next few seconds do additional magic damage. Q: A straight projectile skillshot that does magic damage. The cat by the champion's feet, attacks. The first enemy (champion or minion) it encounters. -- Should Q have spell vamp? Mana return? Should the attack be the whole line of sight like a TF wildcard, or just first enemy encountered? W: An AOE slow where the cat perched on the champion pounces and slows all in the area. Won't be instant, so it can be dodged. A shadow will appear where the cat is landing to give champions time to dodge it. Does magic damage. E: A magic damage knock back. The champion shoots the whip forward. The closer you are to the whip tail, the farther you get knocked back and the more damage it does. R: The champion swings his whip in the air and brings it down in an area. If champions are in this area, he snares/stuns/suppresses them in his whip and the two cats deal magic damage to all champions stuck in the whip. Current skin: Ranger looking champion with two jungle ferocious cats and a whip. Random skin ideas: Crazy Old Cat Lady, Circus Tamer Let me know what you think and don't hold back! Give it harsh criticism. Note: All attacks deal magic damage and scale off AP. Champ has mana, but I don't know what to make the CDs, Mana costs, base damage, or ap ratios.

I think AP Janna is the best counter against this kind of comps due to her 6 seconds shield with extremely high AP ratio - something you cannot break if you only build warmogs. I feel the same way except that its her ability to push a wave and defend a tower that seals the deal. While the AP mids that we are seeing are certainly strong in terms of damage it is largely their utility that they are defined by. The main disadvantages she has are in team fights. Her ult does not have as large a game changing offensive presence as those of other popular ap mids and her primary damage ability is on a long cool down with low base damage unless its charged. Her secondary damage ability is on a long cd as well even when leveled up, which if done second means that the shields you so enjoy will not be potent until the mid game Basically if she is going to be a team fight monster against tanky teams she needs 40% cdr and a lot of ap. Otherwise she uses her spells to peel and is done the rest of the fight. If she builds to push down towers as is most effective then she won't have the cdr she needs to compare to any of the popular mids in a team fight
