Guys, what if we made it impossible to escape J4's ultimate (not even with flash, ez's E, etc.) but we made everyone inside invulnerable (including CC and debuffs) to everyone not inside?

I think it's worse to be behind as an adc imho, top and mid still can have a lot of utility with CC and stuff. An adc has to do damage and when he has less than his opponent it would be really hard to do as much as him in a teamfight.
I thought you meant during laning. During teamfights you're not going to be doing anything different than if you were even or fed (except, you know, with less damage).

Seems a bit too similar to Diplomatic Immunity, which everyone seems to hate. There are no options for the player, it would be J4 ult -> you must fight at melee range, no choices.
Even similar mechanics like Ragnarok leave you choices - you can focus Olaf down, you can try to kite, you can flash a wall, etc.

The casual me enjoys it too. It does what Riot intends it to do. Makes it feel a bit more competitive if you care at all about rankings. Just more to consume than the number, but you're still capable of figuring out your hidden number.

The one cool thing Riot is doing is making you in the same division as your friends. Other than that it's pretty meh.
I mean matchmaking wise it's going to be the exact same, but they really need to make an option to see your actual MMR/elo =\

I have doubts on what to get on Caitlyn and Twitch. I used to get a vamp scepter for the early game and then go for the IE but in season 3 is so cheap to just upgrade the vamp scepter into BT and it boosts your mid game a lot . I don't think that it's worth to rush IE anymore unless you are really behind and you need to go for late game.
I like BT first on Cait much more than IE, the faster item timing really helps create situations where you can forcibly take earlier towers and dragons or to stomp lane harder.

There are emblems for going on a winning streak, being new, or being old
Also, given that there are something like 5x6 skill tiers or something there should still be enough granularity to know your skill level, there's not going to actually be a practical difference between "high level 3 silver" and "low level 3 silver". In this way it's way better than sc2 since sc2 has only 6 total levels and there is actually a big difference between "high diamond" and "low diamond"
