Both have their styles and are about equal dps with the thister route getting the sustain and slight damage nod while the dancer route is a ton easier to manage and has a lot better scaling once you get an ie after said dancer.
Just doing some very rough math of PD vs BT: Let's say Berserker's, DBlade, PD vs Berserker's, DBlade, BT
PD: Damage per hit: (119 + 55)*1.3 + 75 true (assumed third hit and 2k hp opponent) = ~301 Attack speed: 1.465 DPS: 440
BT: Damage per hit: (219 + 55) + 75 true (assumed third hit and 2k hp opponent) = ~349 Attack speed: 1.136 DPS: 396
Only 10% more damage here, but true damage is obviously worth more than physical and PD makes hit much easier to land that 3rd hit. BT of course gives 18% lifesteal, but must also be stacked or it dips greatly in effectiveness.
Note that I didn't do runes or masteries, AD runes will favor PD, not sure how masteries would tip things.

DNG playing well this game

Just tuned into the Fear vs Dig game. Fear has Khazix who just got a Quadra.

Nydus is no madlife with those Sona ults

Don't think I've ever seen a professional game end with all 10 players still standing.

Oddbro is a really good Draven.

That was a terrible ultimate by scarra

Dignitas so sloppy in those fights, ending up dying from greediness. (And those damn resets.)
Not really a fan of qtpie's build. Poke Ezreal against 2 champs with innate sustain+warmogs, and 2 others with BT (one of them having innate sustain too)? Damage's never gonna stick. The hell was that 2v3 fight into wasted ults? o_o
On another topic, Xj9 getting Vi banned. So he picks Kha'Zix instead. Loses points in my book. :<

Scarra getting caught all day. God Kha'Zix+Yorick is such a fucking obnoxious combo. Use Kayle ult+exhaust+kiting to make sure Kha'Zix doesn't get a reset? Doesn't matter, get resurrected and his ghost kills Ez anyway and almost kills Xin with the reset.
Chrispy+Shake duo on Xj9's stream. Shake's support and Chrispy mid.

Anyone have any good music suggestions while I mute these ESL casters?

Crumbzz carried the shit out of that game

for the record, we're really good friends with TheGodOne (new nickname for frommaplestreet dubbed by a random twitch.tv chat member, TYVM) and it's always been his intention to play on our team
the korean-symbol support and frommaplestreet were our starting bot lane a few months ago. i unfortunately had to let boxboxbox go because of his erratic schedule. that's when we put prophet in support role and our bot lane got a lot worse. we lost 2 games in a row to curse in ranked 5s and frommaplestreet decided the losses were mostly his fault, so he left the team temporarily to do "intense waterfall training" as he called it. basically he just needed a ton of practice to be competitive, in his eyes
at that point we picked up ecko and that was the roster you saw in the LCS. a short time before the LCS, maple asked if he could rejoin, which we were super happy about, but Riot told me that he couldn't compete with us in LA. it was a little sketchy because they allowed Azure to pick up demunlul, who was at no point on their ranked roster. but i didn't fight it, thought we could get salaried anyway.
after the loss, maple rejoined the team and we picked up jaewon/boxboxbox/theinvisibleman again, now with a more stable schedule. our bot lane is much stronger now as shown by today's performance imo. hopefully we can retain them until april for the second LCS ^_^
also, i've never seen such a lopsided game as g1 ever in competitive play. game 2 was really good and jiji's team closed it out really well. and then game 3 was just super exciting. super good set, i hope tomorrow's matches are as good

dang, all of them have almost no hp O_O

Guy's name is 4th Oracle. Talks in Skype chat all the time, is apparently giving casting lessons. Maybe I should take him up on it.
Edit: Kid is dead to the world so maybe I'll try streaming a bit.
