![]() I guess that's because he doesn't plan for the teamfights but rather to simply get fed and smash face, so he doesn't care about the situations where he won't have the isolation bonus easily.

Also, I think the 1v2 2v1 lanes are quite natural and fine. I mean what else would you expect when the sides are NOT mirrored? It might even evolve into a completely standard thing, where purple will always send their duo top and blue will always send their duo bot. I don't really see a reason why we would to preserve the lane roles as they are right now. Because the problem with 1v2 is it is incredibly boring to watch, from the pov of an observer of pro games, its SOOO boring to watch. I've not experienced it much in SoloQ, aside from the occasional trollgame/normal where I 1v2 usually against 2 bruisers, so I can't comment there (that is annoying, but you don't usually get harrassed out of lane as badly, and can usually just hope your team can win from the jungle pressure). But watching a competitive game without fog of war it becomes very stale to watch. You can usually tell which AD/Support lane will be better at pushing or diving. Then you can see the obvious 3v1 dive coming, plus you can see if it is going to end up a 3v2 because the jungler is coming. The lvl 3 towerdives almost always work if the jungler doesn't come because the solo lane is zoned from exp so much that he is levels behind the jungler and both duo laners. Plus these dives are further re-enforcing the jungle problems with junglers falling even behind supports in levels. Just from a viewer's perspective, as obviously the 2v1 stuff is not prevalent even at the highest ELOs, and the lvl 3 dives even less so (and those are actually kinda fun to watch on streams, because of the fog of war).

I miss Phreak doing the recommended items. At least gave us a clue about some of the more different champions.

XJ9 builds for soloq so he optimizes exploiting enemy team mistakes and carrying a derping team that doesn't group and tries to throw all day. I think pro gamers have demonstrated that WER or WRE is the way to go for arranged play so that you can super mario on their team.

Moving and "turning" still seem pretty awkward though, as it is with for example Syndra. These models with "standing out" parts don't go well with the engine. ![]() Also, Xj9 jungling Hecarim. He laughed after his last game as to how people ban Vi/Hecarim/Zed while his Kha has a higher win% than those 3.

E's range seems to have been increased, same with the pull/knock-back effect, which can't be bad (it was really really short at first). His Q also pulls a lot faster than it did previously (slight pause between the two short pulls, took 1.5s total to pull, maybe they didn't want that to work as a 1.5s suppression especially at point-blank range), and when you reactivate it it showed you being pulled to your target prreviously, now it seems like a blink that makes you appear directly behind the target. Not sure how I like it—it seems stronger from a gameplay PoV (faster, easier chaining of QE) but seeing yourself glide toward your chained target was pretty funny (and Thresh has pretty nice animations and quotes). His Vi winrate on his smurf is 44%, even though it looks like he dominates with her every game. Also, we should really go to sleep, lol.

I build Thresh as a Jungler making sure to pick up a fast Triforce and wriggles lantern combined with 3 fotm items and boots to round out my build. ~Phreak in every spotlight. Tbh, Phreak's recommended items and runes and summoners contribute to people trying a champion one way instead of figuring things out for themselves. I think the showcase should really be used to show how a champion is played rather than how it's built. But watching Phreak make plays is entertaining too.

Because AFAIK all they've played on S3 patch are the SWL games and G-League semis vs. Royal. Han Pro League might have also been S3 patch, I don't remember, but I can't seem to find VODs for that anyway.
