She shouldn't be going all-in until you're low enough for her to kill in a single combo. She can usually do this when there are creeps to pick up with W at the same time, and trading in the wave has you eat some creep auto too. She often can abuse the mere THREAT of her ulti to disallow you from using your CC abilities - she doesn't rely on it to trade, but if you ever CC her to trade back, she will immediately ulti. She's quite weak early, but since she needs levels more than items for strength, the 9+ potion starts stabilize her early game and keep her in lane until she starts to get dangerous. By the time she runs out of pots, W is leveled enough that she can trade more effectively (and the speedboost has gotten to the point that catching her and outtrading has gotten more difficult - especially once her ulti becomes available.) | ||
