The R nerf might hit hardest. We'll have to see how fast Q slow fades to know how bad it is. At least they're not nerfing E. Olaf was a little bit too strong in my opinion, but this might be too much. And if they nerf Olaf, they should nerf Shen. | ||

The W cd nerf on the other hand is pretty huge. Its downtime assuming max CDR goes from 1.2s to 3.6s, or uptime dropping from 83% to 62%. | ||

Arpen being moved to his active hurts, but when he's actually fighting you he'll have his ulti up anyways and in lane he's either harassing with true damage or farming a 1v2 lane with long range axes. Personally i think the Q+W nerfs hurt a bit more. | ||

The current way to play her is to max W which makes her unique from other ADs who sit back and deal damage without having to worry about dying if they go in. People already can and do max E if they never want to jump in and just want to trade every few seconds. And Q has always been good. If they give you the option to max Q or E instead of W, then most people will still max E and wonder why that bonus 40 damage isn't suddenly making them a mid game beast. Not having AD ratios was always unique about Tristana. She didn't get Graves' free 200-300 AoE damage just from building an IE or BT for the mid game, and her base damages didn't really compensate, but come late game, in S2 with multiple PD's of movespeed, I got tons of quadras as Stana just by jumping out of dives and jumping back in and killing everything.
