Per averages for these champs My Vayne: 9.0/4.1/5.3 My Graves: 8.6/2.9/5.9
I'm really clueless on how to read this This guy. KDA means (K+A)/D so your (8.6+5.9)/2.9 is 5 the 5:0:1 you noticed, if you actually paid attention you would see it is 5.01, which is close enough to 5 that the differential is accounted for by minute truncating/rounding differences in the source code. Think, Before, You, Talk.

Support usually has high KDA, cause you never get focused and you're constantly assisting.

This is more true for League than instruments, so I will agree that you have a point. However, I would still try to practice and improve my guitar skill rather than trying to learn 10 instruments at once. Improving at an instrument is the most fun thing about it.
He might play for fun, as I do, and take whatever role falls my way and play different champions for that role because playing the same champion 100x more than any other of the 100 or so champions isn't fun for me.
If you want to compare it to learning an instrument, I'd much rather learn multiple at the same time as if I get bored with one I can pick up another and still have fun learning it. It's about what's more intruiging, and playing the same champion/learning guitar might not be as appealing as playing different champions/learning more than one instrument. Is it going to make you worse? no. Am I going to learn that one champion/guitar slower? Yes. But I'll have fun doing it.

I can play the trombone, french horn, trumpet, guitar, and drums, but I'm very mediocre with all of them.

The only champion I have with 20+ games is Maokai with 20 games. 4.2 KDA, 65% winrate.
Ezreal with 5.2 at 11 games played. 63.6% winrate. The 11 games is really small and it doesn't reach the 20 game minimum that you're asking for, but Ezreal is my second most played.
My highest winrate right now is Zyra though, at 100% with 8 games, split almost evenly between playing mid and support. She's my 6th most played atm.
