Maybe APs getting Kage (though the only upgrade I could see them wanting is Twin Shadows), but otherwise it looks like rushing Machete upgrades or just regular items will be the norm. Which might not be terrible, since the Machete upgrades seem pretty efficient and good. | ||

I don't see how ww and fiddle fit into the new jungle. Olaf is a real monster. You can build him to any situation that the game may take and his clear speed is even faster. The real power build I've seen is to get a lantern and then a spirit stone. Ancient golum SV and an omen turn you into a juggernaut. Anyone got any opinions on the t3 boot upgrades? | ||

I don't think they'll get GP10, spirit stone does much the same thing as philo while giving you a massively faster jungle clear. A lot of people got the philo for the mana/health sustain so they could jungle for a lot longer, it just so happened that it was ridiculously cost effective and built into shurelya's. The tank spirit stone gives pretty ridiculously good stats regardless of what you're going for. | ||

Both Twin Shadows and Shard of True Ice are very potent upgrades with strong utility throughout the game, the latter having the advantage of keeping the gp10 stat. It's very easy to imagine Maokai, Amumu, or Nunu with either upgrade, and Twin Shadows isn't a bad option for less traditional junglers who benefit from AP (e.g. Akali, Malzahar), should they ever become popular. Machete upgrades are going to be a big deal. They're all very efficient and even fill semi-unique roles. I mentioned this in my show yesterday, but being able to get Tenacity on something other than Mercury's Treads will be a huge boon to tanks. The other upgrades, including Wriggle's, are also strong, and grabbing one of them can make a huge difference in the jungle. Unless you're someone like Jax, picking one of the four upgrades is going to be fairly standard. | ||

Elder Lizard makes me want to try Riven Jungle come S3. Yeah the mana regen is wasted, but 50 AD and a true damage burn on your abilities + autos? Check please. She should also clear pretty decently as her QQQ will shred the side monsters and her passive should let her crush the big one pretty fast. We'll see how it goes, though. Not to mention Ancient Golem is like the single most amazing item I've seen from the standpoint of tanky junglers. | ||
