Not it's all-wrinkled old man Brand, totally different feel. Same with Morde—granted, it's a huge improvement over the stupidly-proportioned one they used previously, but his square makes me think of a cow mask or something, and I liked his original splash best of all 3 because of his posture. Morde much more threatening simply resting that mace and looking at you, rather than just striking and being all "look at my hand I cast magic and stuff". I want him to look menacing, not downright dangerous.  That salestext for this week made me laugh: "Youd think that Noxian High Command wouldve put Rugged Garen in some highfalutin maximum security facility. Good thing he was participatin in Movember the facial hair threw em off." | ||

I wonder how it'll work out in the jungle, considering the jungler generally (but not always) has a much lower CS than laners. Unless we really do see farm-only junlgers, I think it'll be pretty limited to top lane and maybe AD if you're going Shiv or Exe Calling. Well, maybe ADs will buy it if you're doing DL style farm for 40 minutes and then sell it once you have 300 CS and infinity gold. | ||

As a jungler I don't really plan on grabbing it unless I really want something it builds into, or if I know I'm going to have a lot of opportunity to farm. But to elaborate, it really, really deserved the nerf. When rushed you could earn back the 800g cost before the mid-game, and thereafter just coast to an easy gold advantage. It was as dumb as it sounds. | ||
