I've had a couple of games when I thought we played passively for longer than we should have. honestly the best thing to do is force a 3v2. have your jungler come and even use a pink ward early if needed. most kill lanes need to all in you and if the jungler is there when they do it the lane will usually reverse snowball. once they are behind they can't really all in you unless you make a mistake and if they can't all in they can't really sit there and farm it out without getting behind if you 100% cant have jungle help just poke when you can and hope they get impatient and try a bad all in | ||

It's not even that great at that since most of the melees that need a farm item due to lack of AoE farming ability are AS/on-hit/Triforce users, rather than AD-based melees (e.g. Shen, Warwick, etc.)--and therefore Tiamat/Hydra won't be that good for them. Amusingly, Fiora's probably the one melee that actually does need the AoE farming power AND is also AD-based. | ||

According to a youtube comment it worked (i.e. they couldn't hourglass) because of the surprise sej ult (obviously this was a custom and everyone was just generally dicking around anyway) | ||

I could maybe see it being built on a pro team why then are doing a hard split push comp, but for the most part it doesn't provide the right states along with the active for it to be built any time but situationally. | ||
