So Chogath not starting boots will be deadly fast with MS quints in the first gank, or perhaps Nunu speed jungle, tehehe. | ||

I feel like Varus and Kog are the only champs where Hurricane is going to be anything other than a just-for-fun item. Should be scary on those two though. Maybe Corki too? | ||
