Well yeah, but considering jungle change, it'll be hard to start boots first with junglers. So Chogath not starting boots will be deadly fast with MS quints in the first gank, or perhaps Nunu speed jungle, tehehe. | ||

I feel like Varus and Kog are the only champs where Hurricane is going to be anything other than a just-for-fun item. Should be scary on those two though. Maybe Corki too? | ||
