Duh, I've spouted quite some shit here and bitched a lot on the QQ thread or whenever we talked about a champ I don't like, and I'm pretty "low Elo" (for "people who try" anyway, since even 1200 is around the top half of ranked players), I haven't been told to gtfo or "good riddance" for all that. As fine as it is to deal sternly with trolls or people who show a definite refusal to take a step back and listen to criticism, I'd say reacting like that is harsher than what'd be "needed". | ||

He had no delusions of grandeur, and most of all would consistently come to the subforum with an open mind. Also, a good example of a hardcounter in LoL would be AP Sion vs Leblanc. Targeted stun with a shield nuke that clears waves immensely fast, along with an ability that increases your HP vs a burst caster with mobility but no wave clear? Hard counters do exist in LoL. | ||

It's actually only a few rare edge cases where teams will actually draft lane counterpicks in DotA, whereas its far more common in LoL. Zileas is more or less jumping to conclusions based on a fairly limited knowledge of DotA, and it's somewhat disappointing to see a designer show so little interest in properly learning about a competing game in the genre. | ||
