I always found normal vlad's ability to last hit and harass pretty easy as is, didn't notice any real difference with legendary vlad. I feel like this falls under "I think Onyxia is deep breathing more" clause of gaming paranoia. Conversely I am so terrible that vlad's normal auto is good for me.

pros agree vlad is far easier to play with his legendary skin than any other because of the animation changes, and firefrost annie is much more difficult to notice when her stun is up. it DOES provide an advantage, whether it's enough to win depends on how close the game would be anyway.
It's pretty much entirely insignificant. I love to sit one cast off a stun so people get lulled into thinking they're safe, then you can instantly trigger it with e and do a full combo.

Don't forget:
Zombie Brand's flamboyant running animation and makes it very difficult to see which spell he is casting.
I remember talking to someone and he asked me if I ever played LoL with Req and I answered no, and I didn't want to because he posted in the shikyo thread all the time and sounded like a rager. The guy said Req was actually pretty cool to play with.
I don't actually know why you want to get permabanned from TL and LoL. I've asked for my account to get temp banned multiple times for school though to what effect I can't say.
I don't know where I'm going with this. Maybe I'm just saying that though you may rage a lot online and in RL your friends do like you. And I've tried to get banned too. So yeah. Good luck.
