Plus all the pros have times where they troll their ELO down so they can get reasonable queue times. Not everyone wants to be ForellenLord. Eh Oddone has been low for the longest time. He actually hit Diamond very very recently. I agree with what Skarnold said. He's too much of a team reliant player and has poor mechanics. I don't agree with Hotshot having poor mechanics though. He's awful at Flash but he seems pretty solid in his plays, too bad he goes full retard too often.

HSGG does some stupid good plays in solo queue, then his tourney play looks so terrible >.<

For example, toyz, mistake, and bebe are all in top 50 NA with relatively few games and they play with 150 ping. obviously easier to get up there playing certain roles, but it seems to says something about pure mechanical skill

Oddone is alright. He's still one ofthe top junglers in my book, but he's always seemed to simply not know a lot of basic stuff about the game that he should at times. Maybe he just does it for entertainment value on stream, as in official games it isn't as prevelant. He just seems confused about a lot of stuff at times (he's said many times chaox is the theorycrafter of TSM) where someone like snoopeh or lilballz would know what to do.

i have no doubt that oddone is the best jungler NA in tournaments. he is on a whole other level then most of the other NA junglers. he kind of got outplayed in the championships but his whole team did, and his play in the regionals was a big part of the reason they won their spot. there is a lot to be gained from looking at how he plays in tournaments, but solo que he is just fucking around and trying to get viewers to make money.

Dude can't concentrate. ![]() I watch TOO because he is funny AND because he commentates his thoughts and actions. I don't really care if he screws up 50% of the time as long as he explains how and why it was a screw up and also what he should've done. Only game I saw last night both mid and support had clairvoyance and kept thrashing his jungle. I figure they ghosted him during picks and decided to have some fun. Hmm, I don't know why I'm defending him here... >.< I don't actually think he is the best jungler, I just think he's entertaining and I guess I'm too much of a fanboi to not argue when people question him. Fuck me, that's really disturbing. Didn't think I had it in me.

I always see him place like 10 wards down for his lanes only for them to get killed regardless lol He doesn't have as great mechanics as some junglers who just farm up and carry through clutch play.

I find TOO to be very funny and enjoy his jungle play.

I don't kno'w if TOO could ever be the soloq king, but i have no doubt, that he could do a LOT better if he tried. His stream is like 90% entertainment nowadays. Always invade, always hog buffs, always KS,always carry. It's rather hilarious when mid lane comes to get blue while he's doing it and than when it's low he's like "FUCK U BITCH" and smites it lol.

That's just not flat out not true at all. I have to play on my laptop atm so I can only manage lowest settings, and can only hope for 30 or so FPS often dropping to "can't see shit" levels in teamfights (overheating easily, also makes it hard to aim skillshots). I hadn't played for like a month and within 20 games of solo queue I've went from 2100 to 2200. (which isn't really high, at all btw) I basically can't win with micro/auto/ intensive champions and all I play is supports, jungle amumu, and some top laners, and so far top lane is my worst win rate because you're expected to do more in teamfights as a top laner especially if your team is behind and often I'm feeling pretty limited. (at the very least, when I lose as support or jungle it's usually clearly my fault, probably to due with consistent top laners that I don't really improve upon except for I don't let my lane snowball in top) despite that I generally win or break even top lane playing standard tanky heroes with good mid/late game (malph irelia) even though I'm bad at csing. I'm also pretty bad at skillshots. And both of these were true even playing on my PC. I'm learning a lot about top lane though and really feeling it's helping me a lot. I mean even in theory it's not true at all, because you can expect your team to be MORE able to play carry type champions than support and tank like champions, meaning it's relatively easy to gain elo with these champs because you have a bigger effect than expected simply playing well all game and paying enough attention that you have proper items on support (say zeke aegis cdr boots leona ) instead of just buying 100 wrads for no reason and sitting on philo hog. One of the reasons is that oddone likes to entertain his viewers and, I believe, another reason is that simply oddone isn't as good relative to the playerbase as he was when he was rank 1 from playing jungle nunu. People love to come up with arguments for why TSM lost or why jiji isnt doing well recently but if you read toyz opinion he just thinks they flat out aren't as good as they were compared to everyone else, which when you think about it is pretty obviously true because they were the only players around before. and from what I see the players you see dominate in arranged play tend to be stomping souls in solo queue. Think of it like the sports equivalent to physical fitness. Sure you can get by in a football or whatever game team if you know your shit but if you're out of shape you won't be able to dominate a game. one thing that I've noticed that if something is going wrong in teamfights generally as a team we'll be like "wtf happened" and somone will give a suggestion like "oh malph don't ult until X happens" or "sona wait for kat to go in before using ult" or "just kite them and poke don't engage unless they're low", and things like that. Streamers are probably too busy talking to their stream and commentating what they're doing to really do that type of things and it definitely wins games especially when you're in the role of an initiator because knowing your team and what your team wants is obviously really important there. Saying that oddone could get to rank 1 elo like regi if he tried is probably true. But as a professional player you'd think you should be trying as a no-brainer. Regi was stuck at 1900 elo and he specifically trained himself to get to rank 1 meaning he improved his play significantly. Some of that was paying attention more and picking better but a lot of it was just getting back into the groove and definitely helped his TSM games because he wasn't just picking morg and kennen and flashing into the enemy team without zonyas and hoping if they focused him his team would win the fight.

I actually notice a massive improvement in my jungling when I actually have blue buff all the time with basically any mana based champion, you can spam those spells for clears and spam them during the ganks and of course the ult cool down on characters like Nocturne is awesome. And when you give it to a mid, they either feed it or has 0 idea how to farm with it.....
