I play basically jungle/mid/support only, don't really have an issue with losing due to idiots, never rage, can totally recognize and respect when i get outplayed, but I still really don't like playing ranked or arranged 5's just because I hate draft. When I'm playing games I just want to play a specific champ, some days I just want to do Viktor or Eve or Noct or whatever. I don't want to worry about being counterpicked or banned out or forced into AD carry. I own a ton of champs and just rotate through them, otherwise I get bored. When i'm in the mood for Fizz I'm gonna play some Fizz dammit.

Again, I'm guessing most people here probably already know this, especially the people interested in playing support, but if this info is useful, then that's great ![]()

Especially in ranked teams where you know if you're rematching someone if they have honor in the same spot as before, lol. The're trying to make it so all high elo players are honorable, so the community is so lovey dovey happy dorey! And then you can't tell who is on the other team. :> Y u not honorable shake?

But why was she an extremely popular pick at worlds? Is it just a FotM thing or some other reason?

Seems silly in general that you would be able to see that.

When playing as a support, finishing my items was a priority above others. Shurelia's, Aegis, whatever. I bought wards when I could (left-over money) and oracle's when I was doing really well (after buying some other items). This is the wrong mentality to go by. This is from my own experience only, but giving and taking away map awareness while getting the bare items you need will almost always be better than the other way around. I don't know at what level of play this changes (if it actually does at some point), but making not only your lane, but others, safer, will contribute far more than a quicker aegis/shurelia's/HoG item path/boots2 or whatever. Also from my own experience, this never stops being true (unless you're winning outright). No matter what time in the game, a key ward can spot enemies out of place and result in a win. Again, I'm guessing most people here probably already know this, especially the people interested in playing support, but if this info is useful, then that's great ![]() the WE support took this to the extreme HoG + Boots + Philo Stone + WARDS UPON WARDS UPON WARDS in 50+ minute game

Very safe laner, one of the strongest against the popular melee mids (gragas/diana, autoattacks so strong) and comes with an insane amount of utility+damage when paired with any AoE or gap closer, both of which are very common in the current meta (junglers like maokai, malphite, bruisers like irelia, jayce, ez ulti, graves, etc.)
